Refund and Cancellation Policy

Rental Policy

Payment Policy

Once you book the product, it is mandatory to pay at least 50% of the given amount. The delivery will not be processed unless we have received the entire payment.

The payment can be made through bank transfer, cash deposit in our office, or even by availing of the cash on delivery option. In case of the deposit amount, you have to pay that when the product gets delivered.

The amount will be returned to you once our professionals have checked the condition of the item upon completion of the rental period.

It is also mandatory that you provide your identity details before each booking for security reasons.
